Mature Options has been delivering premier services for seniors since 1991. Our mission is to provide advisory and home care services to elders and families as they respond to the complex medical, social, and emotional issues of aging. Our history
Mature Options was founded in 1991 by a nurse who knew families should not have to face the difficult issues of caring for a frail elder alone. What began as an advisory service has grown into one of the area's premier care management and home care agencies. Today, Mature Options works with family members to arrange for and deliver a broad array of services for frail elders residing in the Richmond metro area. Whether engaging in a hourly consultation or providing home care 24/7, Mature Options staff remain steadfast in their commitment to our founders vision of partnering with families to ensure the safety of elders while easing the burden of care for family members.

Debbie Repp, RN, MPA, CMC, is CEO and co-owner of Mature Options. She joined Mature Options after a distinguished career in trama nursing management and public policy development. As CEO, Debbie has been instumental in guiding the growth of Mature Options to meet the changing needs of clients and thier family members.
Tricia Cushnie, BSN, MEd, CMC, is COO and co-owner of Mature Options. Tricia has extensive experience in health care management as a senior executive and consultant. She provides comprehensive assessment and consult services for Mature Options clients, and ensures that Mature Options services meet high quality standards.
Angie Phelon, BA, MA holds a graduate degree in gerontology. She is credentialed as a Nursing Home Administrator and has served in that role in a number of settings. Angie is the administrative practice manager for Mature Options and the administrator of the Mature Options Home Care Agency.
Ann Igou, BSN, MSN, is the Director of Clinical Services for the Mature Options Home Care Agency. Ann is a widely respected elder care specialist and has extensive experience as a senior nursing leader in long term care settings. She works with clients and Mature Options personnel to ensure the delivery of personalized and skilled services in the home setting.
